Whereabouts in the world are you?: Elgin, Scotland

 

What are you driving these days?: 156 2.4 JTD Sportwagon (when I've finished repairs).

 

How did you find AlfaDriver?: Through Alfapat (forum member).

 

Describe your introduction to the Alfa Romeo brand: I typed 'car' into eBay one night looking to buy a cheap faulty car to do up and sell. I found my 156 which needs a bit of engine work and a little TLC. I want to keep it now though! The Picasso will be sold on instead.

 

Outside of Alfa Romeo, what are your interests?: Repairing/servicing vehicles and gliding.

 

What do you do for a living?: Vehicle & Ground Equipment Technician in the RAF.

 

Tell us an interesting/crazy/unusual fact about yourself: I have double jointed thumbs.

 

What's your "special skill"?: Getting my wife to cooperate (sometimes).

 

If money was no object, what four vehicles would be in your dream garage?:

- Veyron

- R8

- Dicovery

- Defender

 

What are you personally hoping to get out of AlfaDriver?: Technical knowledge/assistance with my car/any future Alfa's I buy or work on.

 

And finally, describe yourself in five words: Respectful to others who are.

Whereabouts in the world are you?:Hokkaido Japan northern district of my country.We have huge amount of snow in winter.

What are you driving these days?:My lovely Alfa 145 and wife's Fiat Multipla.

At first I bought an 145 in 1998.Drove it approx 10000 miles.

Its floor pan had been terribly rusted by sodium chloride a snow melting substance in snowy district and discarded this year.

And bought secondary 145 in March,how stupid am I?

I worked in a car rental agent as a part time worker when I was an Undergraduate.

I bought an 2 post lift from a dealer in US and went through the custom formalities by myself.

I'm installing 2 post lift in my garage,of course by myself.

- Dream daily driver: Maserati Quattro Porte

- Dream track car:Ferrari F430

- Dream all-rounder:Evoque

- Wildcard entry:Any Expensive Cars? No! I will drive Alfa145 fixing it by myself in the future perhaps!

 

What are you personally hoping to get out of AlfaDriver?:technical info for DIY from mates in this forum
