  1. Well if you haven't been following the thread on Alfaowner, it turns out it was the ECU. Printed out the thread on there about what to fix and sent it for repair and has come back running perfectly.
  2. I used to get parts sent by Mangoletsi. That was about ten years ago now though.
  3. I broke my stereo the other day, so had to remove it. I had it repaired and put it back in and it's operating fine. However, now the car won't start. The vsr light is on and the immobiliser light won't go off and the engine management light is flickering very fast. I also had a warning about the water being too hot. However, this was after a cold night and I haven't used it in about a month. Last time I had something similar, it was a fuse and it wouldn't turn over at all. This time, it turns over, but won't start. I've checked the fuses on the battery and they're all fine. However, the fuses in the dashboard seem to be obscured by all sorts of wires, so it's difficult to check. Whoops, forgot to mention 156 GTA SW!
  4. I had one too. Had to get rid though as the wait on and search for parts for a daily driver was starting to get tedious.
  5. Normal - manual selespeed is rare as. Not that I'd be that bothered which one it had myself.
  6. 156 GTA Sportwagon. Which by no coincidence is what I've got. Also a big fan of the 164 QV.
  7. They're my favourite. Prefer them to the multispokes myself, though it seems one is usually in one camp or the other!
  8. It's not as low as it looks, I think that's an optical illusion it's completely standard and as such, actually looks a bit "jacked up" at the back!
  9. Will do. Need to clean it first as it's been sitting unused all summer as I broke my leg
  10. Forgot to mention. Straight through with same advisories as last year. Other than the rear silencer, which I'd had replaced with a stainless cat back for £200 less than Alfa wanted for an Oem silencer. I asked for as close to standard as possible and I reckon they did well:
  11. Maybe I'll not bother then if that's all it's for. I just like to keep things fairly original!
  12. Cheers guys, I'll ask them if they still have it.
  13. I reckon you're right. If so, anyone know where I can get a replacement? It really winds me up when people do this. I can see the gap between tray edge and battery.
