trevb78 5 Report post Posted April 17, 2014 Hey all, My mind started wondering about lowering the 159 ti. Is it worth it? I have used Gaz coilovers on my 205 in the past (their designer is ex Leda), and was curious to any of you guys using their products on an Alfa - especially the 159? Cheers! Smaky 73 Report post Posted April 17, 2014 Gaz don't make shocks for the 159, so I'd say that rules them out. My choice for the 159 is Bilstien B6s.
trevb78 5 Report post Posted April 18, 2014 That would be why, thank you. Bilstien's are a bit nice, probably a nice price too! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Joss 9 Report post Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) I run KW's on the 156 but GAZ on the classic BMW. They made them specially when I asked as it's hard to get anything for an old E12. If you ring them up they may be able to help. Edited April 23, 2014 by Joss
Smaky 73 Report post Posted April 23, 2014 The old e12 5 series use inserts and they are pretty abundant still.
