Judge_Joolz 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2013 Following on from the previous 2 n/s headlight problems..... My N/S headlight is brighter than the o/s. At first I thought that it was just badly aligned, so I tried adjusting it. But it looks like it is just too bright, and it is on the 3rd bulb in 2 months - and we know what a pain that is! I am guessing it is drawing too much current somewhere, or................. Cheers JJ
Smaky 73 Report post Posted February 23, 2013 Are the bulbs of the same brand/rating? Are you touching the glass when fitting them? Or I'm thinking wiring fault
Judge_Joolz 0 Report post Posted February 24, 2013 All the same wattage, probably got finger prints all over them as they are from the 'spares' cars ! Tonight on the drive up to your (and my now!) workplace, both n/s and o/s were the same brightness........... it is going to be one of 'those' problems I think! Smaky 73 Report post Posted February 25, 2013 Well lets look at the facts, a tanker aircraft that has a transfer system that cuts the fuel because it thinks the drop in the level is a leak??? How many billions of taxpayers £££s wasted?
Morgan 46 Report post Posted February 25, 2013 Oh shit, it's got political. RUN FOR IT, LADS!!!!
K9d 108 Report post Posted February 25, 2013 That can probably be fixed. Firstly you need a committee to look at the problem, its probably best if they don't understand anything about planes, this will take several years and cost millions of pounds. Then another committee needs to look at the findings of the first committee and make recommendations om how they could have improved. The third committee, looks at the finding of the second and applies those to the first committees finding plus add their own slant. In the meantime someone with a brain and some knowledge who says "turn the leak sensor off" will be ignored.
