What I mean by that, is that under the parcel shelf is just sound insulation, and one metal strut down the centre. Sorry DMAN There are 2 types of shelf, pre and post 1999, pre models have a frame built into them so that 6x9s can be fitted. posts dont as they were ready to accept the Bose amp and sub.
