  1. Done that, works 100% Sent from my HUAWEI G7-L01 using Tapatalk
  2. Had the same problem, remember Smaky? All good after I had alternator serviced, also found loose wire on alternator, not sure if it was the alternator itself or the loose wire Sent from my HUAWEI G7-L01 using Tapatalk
  3. Guys, my rev counter chip for the rear lights failed, I then tried to fix it by putting another chip from a spare rev counter, but... buggered up the board. I can get a whole cluster from a facelift (red dials) for really cheap, will this work or is it modifyable? All the lights seemed to work, but battery and ecu lights differ, in different positions... Any ideas? Sent from my HUAWEI G7-L01 using Tapatalk
  4. Heres the correct link: http://www.powerbrake.co.uk/downloads/Speed_and_Sound_article_0811.pdf Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  5. Is ir not just possible to swop the chip as I have got a spare rev counter for parts Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  6. Is the regulator easily sourced by you guys and what does it go for? I hear its a pain to get hold of over here Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  7. Thanks, will try tomorrow Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  8. Whats the best, easiest, quickest way to get it out? Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  9. Looks like it was alternator all the time, battery light came on all of sudden last week and not going out Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  10. Anyone? Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  11. My sele had the left tail light on ever so slightly, changed the rev counter. All well. While afterwards same thing happened on right tail light. Cant see any burnt chips though on the new board. Both sides using the same chip or different chips? Still got the old board if I can maybe just replace the faulty chip on new board? Here is pic with clearly blown chip for left tail light, which chip is the one for the right tail light if not the same? Opposite side? Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  12. Yep, failure light is on, but that is due to right rear tail light chip that has blown on rev counter a long time ago, already took the bulb out Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
  13. Update: Battery tested fine, alternator also chargingfine. Also no interior or exterior lights that could drain battery. Still have flashing/dipping spedo needle though when high beams / indicators on. Earth wires seems fine, all lights wiring also seems fine... Maybe faulty spedo? Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk
