Smaky 73 Report post Posted December 5, 2012 You are speaking of the range sensor on the back of the actuator, a bit of isoprponol sprayed inside it and a twizzle to clean the contacs does often resolve everything.
Davo 0 Report post Posted December 23, 2012 Hi Guys - reporting back on this one: I sourced a Sele wire harness in good condition and installed it a month back along with a good clean of all the contacts and very careful securing of the 20 pin plug. Everything has been perfect since, no flashing gears, no errors and normal clutch operation. The car has had daily use (but only very short 10 minute drives...). Fingers crossed it keeps going but so far so good!
