You need to get the temp sensor and thermostat looked at if that doesn't help there may be an underlying problem Scrub the temp sensor, this is purely a thermostat issue, very common on all cars, they stick open and allow a constant excessive flow through the radiator, as Anjenha says, you are wastingfueeeeeeeea until your ECU reads the signal to say the engines at 75'C then you'll effectively be running with the choke on, it's also bad for the engines internals as things haven't expanded into place correctly and you'll be wearing things down prematurely.
