  1. Clutch rod lenth was adjusted to 27.9999 this summer, and was still the same when I checked yesterday
  2. Well, One day when I tried to select reverse it wouldn't engage. Today it happened again.
  3. Hi. Earlier to day I did, and it registered that I'd tried to engage reverse. After running selfcalibration the second time, it now shifts as normal again. Still want to remove lever to swap up- and downshifting though
  4. I use the newest MES, registered and all Is there anyway to access these nuts without dismantelig the whole car?
  5. Its coming off because I suspect a faulty microswitch since I can't engage reverse. (no faultcodes) While there, I also plan to swap the wires so that pushing the lever forwards will downshift and vice versa.
  6. Tried to remove this, but the two 10mm bolts just keeps on turning, (se attatched photo) as if there were nuts on underneath or something.
  7. I see you're dealing with some similar issues and faultcodes that I am, did your car put out any other symptoms before you changed the cranksensor? I also get the p0725 fault, and in addition, the car stalls the first to-three times I'll try to start her up after the fault accurs. (not responding to my pushing the accelleratorpedal)
  8. Have used the car to and from work for a week now, and it worked fine until today when I was attempting to leave the garage at work after a nightshift. Didn't pay much attention as to how or what the display said before I was waiting for the garage gate to open. Saw it was flashing at 2nd while in citymode, and when the gate opened enough for me to drive out, the ignition cut when touching the acellerator even slightly. (this has happended before and usually generates a canbus-error-message both at the engine- and the gearbox coneection in Fiat Ecu Scan) So, display flashed 2nd gear, car didn't luster any commands from the selector, and was actually in neutral as I discovered when I had to push it out of the way from the closing gate that almost collided into my passenger door. After a few minutes with the battery disconnected it was as good as new. Think my next move is to get a used actuator, and completely overhaul it with as much new parts as I can get hold of, including new o-rings, gaskets and the whole lot. ...or convert to manual?
  9. Update: Eager to get the car going, I had another go the same say Smacky replied. Clutch rod was at 28.3, but adjusted it to 27.8 before tightening, and after tightening it was at 28.012 Since I had the batterytray out, I had a look at the pf2c-sensor at the rear of the hydraulic unit (facing the bulkhead) It was covered in filthy oil residue. Not sure if this was due to selespeed oil leaking, or an earlier cv-boot failure. Anyway, I cleaned it up and desied to swith it with the one I call "gear engagement sensor" witch sits in the middle of the three, mainly because I know that one works (and is easier to get access to when batterytray is fitted) What happend after I turned the ignition and cleared the faultcodes was the best news I could get that rainy morning. The Selespeed was alive and working! more to follow...
  10. Hi. My 147 selespeed has some issues I was hoping to get some input on. It started jumping between gears, first it thougth 2nd was 4th, so wheneveer changing to 2nd, 4th begun flashing on the display, and after a few seconds, it would say 4th in the display while the car was acutally in 2nd. So when changing down to first, I would get 3rd, and when changing up to 3rd, I'd get 5th. If driving in citymode when this happend, the car would shut down, and I'd have to disconnect the battery to be able to start up and proceed. So, after connecting to Fiat EcuScan and receiving no faultcodes, I decided to start out by changing the Accumulator and flush the system and top up with new oil (Tutela CS) Afterwards, the cars has not been able to drive. The geadindicator no longer flashes, but when changing to 1st it skips rapidly between several gears (this time acutally changing gears, not only changling in the display), and the same happens when selecting 2nd Still I get no faultcodes besides some none relevant lambda issues, and self calibrations comes out correct, and so does system pressure, clutch rod setting, etc... Tried to measure and change some sensors, (p2fc) but they're fine and problem continues with new(ish) sensors. (happend to be the same sensors as my PUG 206 TPS) Last thing I recently discovered, was that it does't show clutch RPM while in neutral, can't remember if it used to or not.
