  1. Yayy! fixed it!! After a diligent search i finally found the fault. it turned out to be one of the earth wires coming from the multiway connector had a break in the insulation and was picking up a live feed from somewhere. a bit of dampness and a recipe for problems. the break was almost inside the connector and very easy to miss, and as i wiggled it the wire broke. so i just ran it to a clean earth point on the body and everything worked fine!! Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Snowy.
  2. i've gone through all the wiring from the connector by the washer bottle..checked it with a circuit tester and the indicator feed to the connector is ok..and from the indicator is ok...but somehow between there and the light unit they seem to change over....the light stalk will be my next move i think.. thanks.
  3. Hello..i have a Spider 916 and have just found a problem with my indicators..they work ok until i switch on the lights, then the sidelights flash on both sides regardless of which indicator i put on. the indicators both suides also flash but very faintly. also when i switch on the hazards the sidelights flash instead..and nothing from the front indicators..puzzling!
