I have not been well the last week,Off sick at work due to being taken to hospital in ambulance after having chest pains.
Awaiting blood test results as i could have clot in the lung and other tests for various illness's. All i know is that the pain in my chest aint going away!
So i got drunk last night which was not a wise idea and on my ebay popped up a message i have one a alfa 145 1.8 for £349!
Oh F**k.... Now what to do...

But I can't be tempted by any cars on this thread...mainly because the car might be cheap, but there's no way in hell I can legally get behind the wheel...£250 for a cheap to insure Almera that I KNOW Harry has parts hanging about for, I am honestly tempted to jack the Audi in and buy it...I'd have an Audi A4 1.9 TDi over an Almera 1.4 petrol any day of the week.

To be fair, once I'm finished with this Audi, I'd probably keep it over an Almera GTI...

That motor's "temptingly cheap" for a reason... It's SHITE.
It's 250 quid. It's actually cheap in insurance. When I say I'm tempted, I'm tempted because both car and insurance are affordable...and there's sooooo much stuff I would do to it.

Ah the 'learning' ECUAs we discussed, Alfa got it fairly spot on with the original map. I can't help but feel she's lost a horse or two over the years. She's very well looked after, always has been as far as I can tell, but there are always a few that escape.

You're better off with a thorough service than a remap...it's a lot of money to have 15 extra horses temporarily...

I believe it was Smaky who told me that 6 months down the line the ecu will tell the new map to fuck off...if memory serves me correctly it's a waste of money...

bodywork is all good except one minute scratch on the back door, and a small rust bubble on the driver side wing - a lot less rust than every other one I found around that age.
Wasn't so good in the snow, but now it's melted it's handling like it's on rails
