    What's your AlfaDriver forum name: I'll give you three guesses.

     

    Whereabouts in the world are you?: In bed.

     

    What are you driving these days?: A beautifully styled 2.0 Phase 1 Gtv Lusso (in silver :nonono: )

     

    How did you find AlfaDriver?: Munky Magic!

     

    Describe your introduction to the Alfa Romeo brand:

    I needed a new car as my Audi had died and with the best sentence Clarkson has ever uttered as inspiration, I looked on line at some 147s and then spotted Lucea :Love: , took her for a test drive and the rest is history.

     

    Outside of Alfa Romeo, what are your interests?:

    Watching Brighton & Hove Albion, watching Sussex and England play cricket, going to gigs and drinking rum, ale and GIN.

     

    What do you do for a living?: Project manager / co-ordinator for a software company.

     

    Tell us an interesting/crazy/unusual fact about yourself: I am a Morris dancer!

     

    What's your "special skill"? Getting drunk

     

    If money was no object, what four vehicles would be in your dream garage?:

    - Dream daily driver: I'd be more than happy with a 3.0 Gtv.

    - Dream track car: Something with shed loads of grip that still pulls when it has passed 150 mph - possibly a 911

    - Dream all-rounder: An Aston Martin DB9 would fill that niche nicely.

    - Wildcard entry: That new 'leccy Jaguar

     

    What are you personally hoping to get out of AlfaDriver?:

    Access to Kara Tointon's underwear drawer

    If it makes you feel any better, you're not the only one who made a hash of signing up. :LOL:

    Signing up was simple enough, just been looking around and think I am getting the hang of it......

    All seems friendly, guess it's up to me to fit in......is there a special place to let others know about me? as most seem to know each other already....

    Hope I never have to meet any of you professionally as I'm a repo man.....nowhere to hide, I'm the best........

    This site seems very new... I had some techy questions but i'm not sure if they will get answered....

     

    Hi Sammie and welcomoe to AD.

     

    Do post up your technical question(s), most of us (Munky, Morgan :tut::LOL: ) drive Alfa Romeos and as others have said, just because this site is new, it doesn't mean that someone won't be able to answer your question(s).

     

    It might even be me, I have a Gtv as well. Hope you're enjoying yours :thumbs:

    Hello there,

     

    No longer an Alfa owner nor a member of the forum of the same name but noticed that this brave new endeavour was under way so thought I'd sign up and take a peek.

     

    Not sure how participative I'll be but it's nice to see a few names I recognise, and also to happily note the absence thus far of one or two others ;)

     

    Anyway, all the best with the site, early signs seem encouraging.

    I'm a GTVer, well ermmmm a broken one

    Has anyone got a GTV that works? :Confused:

     

     

    I still miss mine

     

    Mine is working very well thank you - although since radicalmachine (just signed on AD last night) and I replaced the wishbone on Lucea, my thumb hasn't been quite right - it's still purple!
