    Is now installed... you can IM, group chat, play games, allsorts of things... we can add to it as well so keep an eye on the little bar at the bottom of the screen for new stuff :cool:

     

    Sadly, it doesnt work on mobile devices and I dont think it can... so get off your phones and use a pc!

    Hi Franko

     

    To be fair we only edited your post as it was in the public section of AD which we are trying to keep as inviting to everyone as we can. If you take the time to have a look around the forum you'll find that it is a much more relaxed affair further in.

     

    If you feel that this wasn'nt explained fairly in the PM then I apologise but please be assured that will we need to look after some sections of the forum they are actually very limited compared to the rest of it.

     

    As far as the 2 PMs that was a mistake on our behalf and I've sent a further one apologising and explaining that we are not about that at all.

     

    Hope you stick around as it's much more relaxed once you venture in

     

     

    Bloody hell Franko, what did you post to make Sparky serious? :o

    Actually on second thoughts probably best not to repeat it :LOL: .

    What software do you use (I work for a company that produces Geospatial, GIS and Plant software)?

     

    I/We primarily use ESRI ArcGIS10 but we also use CAD, Surfer, Kingdom. What Geospatial and GIS stuff do you produce, as I said we use ArcGIS10, is your comparable/better??

    hi there,

     

    basically its a posh name for cartography, but not traditional chart cartography, its the creating and analysis of GIS (Global Information Systems) maps. I work in the Survey and Geo Engineering sector which involves both alternative energy projects as well as oil and gas, looking at such things as wind farm planting and the associated cabling, rig placement and all associated survey designs.

     

    What software do you use (I work for a company that produces Geospatial, GIS and Plant software)?

     

    And Cetaceans, what's that about then (yes I could google it but it's better to interact with a human imo).
