Having owned a GTV I considered sharing my expansive knowledge of the car.

 

But "I like them" just didn't seem right

For the technically minded amongst us, I want to paint the cover bits with the writing on and the bar thing with wires coming out of it.

 

Do I need to use high temp paint or not?

It's indestructable as in it will just run and run. Telegraph poles aside it's a pretty robust beast

 

I trust it far more than my alfa in which I am continually eyeing the temp gauge and checking for warning lights and listening for each permatation of engine sound and wondering whats going to implode next

I have a rover 45 conissuer (spl?)

 

It's indestructable, completely reliant and fully spec'd out for not much cash. And it looks a bit like a BMW 3 series.

Towbars are easy to get off:confused:

All you need is 200m of thick rope and a sturdy tree.

I reckon it'd just pop off without any drama

 

A guy did that in the car park off the B&Q near me. The rope was around his neck though

Easy or difficult job on a 1-5 spanner cans of beer scale?

On start up I have a small bit of smoke coming from down behind the engine. Starts after 30secs or so after starting and it stops after a 30secs or so later. Any ideas on causes/solutions?
