    Hey all,

     

    My mind started wondering about lowering the 159 ti. Is it worth it?

     

    I have used Gaz coilovers on my 205 in the past (their designer is ex Leda), and was curious to any of you guys using their products on an Alfa - especially the 159?

    Personally I would change it. It's like using the wrong oil in the engine.

    Also may have something in the red fluid that attacks the materials used in the system.

    But, it might be OK - could just be a viscosity issue.

    Too many owners in a short space always concerns me, could be a "lemon". But, it could just be the way it's gone - possibly just that people haven't wanted to lose much money.

     

    I think you should test drive it, and see how long this guy has owned it. That should tell you a lot.

    From the history, you may be able to see how long some of the previous owners have had it for too...

     

    But there will be others if it doesn't feel right!
