Alfa 147 Sports Type Suspension

Good evening to you all,

 

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Alfa 147 2.0lt Ti sports suspension top mounts from the standard top mounts? I have got some prices and they are about another 80 bucks dearer. I am assuming you cannot use the standard ones on the sports pack cars?
