Central Lock Unit

Recommended Posts

needing some help here...

she is a 1997 146 1.6 TS and having central lock problems.

got the central lock unit off the fusebox and checked continuity between pins 1M and 2M, which are the power feeding pins to the lock motors.

is it supposed to have continuity between these 2 pins?

anyone with the central lock working could check it for me? You just have to take the central lock unit (big yellow box) off the fusebox and plug pins 1M and 2M to a multimeter in continuity function or 200 Ohm function and feed me with the result. your help is very apreciated!

well, found out it's the same part as a fiat tipo's. checked a friend of mine's central lock unit, and it is supposed to do so. anyway, the unit is faulty cause I tried it on my friend tipo and the central lock didn't work too.
