How the heck are you supposed to get them out?

 

It seems to be seized solid, got the nut off ok. Got the outer long bolt out ok, been bashing the heck out of the inner bolt, but it aint moving!

 

Next on the list is a large G-clamp unless anybody has a better idea/hammer!
