Smaky 73 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 I'd try putting some fuel in first.
Bigdar 62 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 Or park facing uphill, you'll have some fuel then (according to the gauge anyway)
melo 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 I know usual alfa problems with guage readings. But no movement or light out after £50 fill up.Guage has never worked in the 6 months Ive owned car.Possible float fault but can I check at plug in connector on top of fuel tank
Bigdar 62 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 I'm sure smaky will be able to give some advice on it when he gets a minute
Smaky 73 Report post Posted February 25, 2012 No movement after £50 of fuel, well I doubt very much it's the sender as the car is stil running and there is only one plug to it, so out of to much experience on this... I'd swap out the triple guaage on the dash, it's the cheaper option and normally the problem part.
