Of course, It's rear wheel drive But I met one today that was 'redtopped' The Vauxhall Nova boy's dream of a red rocker covered 2.0 litre engine conversion With a pair of twin 40 carbs... I fell in love with it. If munky wants Chavvy, He can take this and run with it. I may talk a good talk about flash sport cars, flashier Alfas.... But I'm a down and dirty 80s vehicle lover at heart, engines swapped for bigger and better, gearboxes swapped, and conversions galore... I'm not REALLY into modding... but sometimes, if it makes it better I will never forget my driving roots..Dad had a Rover... A Sierra... my first car was a Nova. One of the first things Hubby and I did together was change the oil in his Nova, I welded the wheel arches of his old Dolomite, I fixed My brother in law's Ford Escort Mk2 with nothing but a fila gauge, in the rain, Makeup streaming down my face. She drove it, had a sneezing fit and managed to not quite drive up a flyover and went up the ARNCO instead. Result = one less Manta ..... But they were Opel Mantas, even over here ... Modding for the sake of modding, (the manta is awesome as it came) getting down and dirty with an engine on a date with your boyfriend... Cavalier red top engines... Novas... Twin dellortos Massively chavvy to me, but then I've never worn a cap... Or lived on a council estate Still, the point, really, is that it's a cool car to share in the other car lounge...
