driver33 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2015 Just got the GT back after being stuck in the paintshop for a full respray. Its been in since the first week in February (note to self: never hand the keys in and say "there's no rush") Since I got it back the driver's side window does not go back up unless you hold the switch on. It automatically goes down on its own. The battery had been allowed to go completely flat as the radio needed to be re-coded. I have done the usual GT window reset. Is there any other easy checks to carry out?
Smaky 73 Report post Posted June 4, 2015 If you have MultiECUScan then it's worth doing a Proxi Alignment on the body computer, especially if the odometer is flashing too, otherwise the reset using the window switches should work, if it is not though then the battery may need replacing as it's not enjoyed being flattened for so long. driver33 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2015 Thanks! No flashing odometer but I will try to do the Proxi Alignment (I only have the free version at the moment so I will need to check what is included) Battery is about 14 months old so hopefully it is still okay. No problem starting the engine.
